                <description><![CDATA[I&#39;m a 59 year old man and have suddenly woken up to see that my life has passed me by..or that I&#39;ve let it pass me by. I do a good job at what I do, but I see that all the people I started off with in my job have risen through the ranks and become successful, while I am still in the same place I started. They were obviously networking and looking for other opportunities, while I was just doing my job. I can tell that people look at me with pity and that the younger people see me as kind of an old hack. I&#39;d like to advance, but my path feels so narrowed as this point, I don&#39;t know what to do. Do you have any advice to help me?]]></description>

He wants to hire a part&#45;time assistant for himself and have the person help me out part&#45;time too to make a full&#45;time job for the person he&#39;s selected. The problem is that the person he has selected is an expert in what he wants her to do but really doesn&#39;t know much (and is not that interested) in what I would like her to do.]]></description>
